The main themes of the discussion will cover the significance of the forest industry to the national economy, the strategy of the company "Latvijas Valsts meži", current industry developments from a socio-economic perspective, as well as the sustainability of a/s "Latvijas Finieris" and the benefits of concluding a collective agreement with the
trade union. During the discussion, you will also learn about the benefits for the construction industry in concluding a general agreement and the possibilities of establishing skills funds within companies in the future.
