EFI (European Forest Institute) is an international organisation established by European states. The EFI Convention has been ratified by 29 countries. 120 member organisations and associate partners operate in 38 countries. The organisation's headquarters are in Joensuu, Finland, with further offices in Barcelona, Bordeaux, Bonn and Brussels.
