A name change has been registered for SIA Byko-Lat, which is owned by the Swedish Bergs Timber AB, reports Lursoft Klientu portfelis. The sawing, planing and impregnation company, which was registered in 1993, has been renamed SIA Bitus Latvia.

The management board of SIA Bitus Latvia has also undergone changes. Board member Kārlis Birums has been removed from his position, while the current chairman of the board, Valts Kurpnieks, will henceforth serve as a board member.

Lursoft information data shows that Agnija Dzelme, who has been part of the company's management since its inception, has been appointed as the new chairperson of the board of SIA Bitus Latvia. The board of SIA Bitus Latvia has been expanded, with board members Kārlis Ābols, Zigmārs Stikāns, Alvis Šepte and Raitis Žaks joining.
