• The foundation Centrs Dardedze for its long-standing and significant contribution to reducing violence against children, raising awareness of problems in the field and defending children's interests.
  
  
• The publishing house Liels un mazs for its significant contribution to the development of high-quality literature for children and young people in Latvia.
  
  
• Director of the National Library of Latvia (from 1989 to 2024) Andris Vilks for his outstanding contribution to the work and development of the National Library of Latvia and to promoting its international recognition.
  
  
• President of the Latvian Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, Professor at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, Full Member of the Latvian Academy of Sciences and Doctor Habilitatus of Economics Baiba Rivža for outstanding achievements in scientific work.
  
  
• President of Latvia (from 1999 to 2007) Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga for her significant contribution to defending the values of a democratic state governed by the rule of law, to strengthening social justice and moral values, and to shaping Latvia's international image by promoting Latvia's membership of the European Union and NATO.
  
  
• Chief of the State Border Guard, General Guntis Pujāts for his outstanding contribution to Latvia's national security in difficult geopolitical circumstances
