The total value of Latvian companies in 2021 increased by 9.64% compared to the previous year, reaching 37.20 billion euros. Data compiled by Lursoft shows that changes have also taken place in the agricultural sector, where the total value of operating companies has grown to 2.19 billion euros.

Analysing the data for the TOP 20 most valuable companies operating in the agricultural sector, it is evident that their total turnover in 2020 exceeded 800 million euros. It is calculated that the total value of the TOP 20 most valuable agricultural companies has decreased by 8.5% over the last year compared to the year before – while in 2020 the total value of the TOP 20 most valuable agricultural companies was 1.65 billion euros, last year it was 1.51 billion euros.
