On 18 January 2022, the Senate of the Latvian Academy of Sciences awarded the Kaspars Bušs Prize in forest ecology and silviculture to Dr. silv. Jurģis Jansons for the development and implementation of Kaspars Bušs’ scientific legacy within the Latvian forestry sector.
