In his speech, US President Joe Biden emphasised his readiness to help struggling nations cope with climate-related issues. He also confirmed that the meeting in Glasgow will provide an opportunity for the US to return to a leading position in climate solutions, by increasing the country's ambitions and plans regarding climate matters.
