Logging company a/s "Pata Saldus" plans to work with a turnover of approximately 56 million euros this year, according to information provided by the company to the "Nasdaq Riga" stock exchange regarding the draft resolutions for the company's upcoming general meeting of shareholders. Thus, according to calculations by the LETA agency, the "Pata Saldus" turnover for 2021 is planned to be approximately 2.8% lower than last year.

At the ordinary general meeting to be held on 29 July, the company's shareholders plan to decide on the payment of dividends to holders of staff shares, as well as on the merger of SIA "Pakuļu sporta bāze" with "Pata Saldus" (by way of reorganisation, through the approval of a reorganisation agreement).
