We have developed a technology that allows our common sprats to be processed as a zero-waste product into minced fish mass, which can then be used as a raw material for other processed products, such as fish pâté and sausages.

Products made using this technology are already available in stores, such as Stockmann, and entrepreneurs are planning to introduce them to export markets as well.
