The nomination committee for the competition for AS “Latvijas valsts meži” (LVM) board member positions has evaluated the candidates who progressed to the second round, selecting 12 candidates to move forward to the third round of the competition.
In the second round, the nomination committee used semi-structured interviews to assess each candidate's set of knowledge and competencies and their suitability for the LVM board member position.
Through a recruitment agency, all candidates for the third round of the competition have been contacted, and rejection notifications have been sent to those candidates who were not selected to progress further.
When the submission period for the competition for four LVM board member positions closed on 15 December last year, 86 applications had been received. After evaluating their compliance with the mandatory minimum requirements of the competition, the nomination committee selected 26 candidates to progress to the second round of the competition at the beginning of this year.
The competition was announced for four board member positions.
