A trend is gaining momentum in the US that showcases one's wealth and social status: having an old, attractive, and healthy tree on private property. Those with plenty of money are not prepared to wait patiently for decades for a sapling to grow large. Instead, mature trees are being "delivered" to properties by helicopter, barge, or lorry.
