Children eat meat "without suspicion". An opportunity to address climate issues

By consuming plant-based products, people can very effectively reduce their carbon footprint. But... the consumption of meat and other animal-based products is increasing at an international level. The study analysed children's thoughts and knowledge about plant-based and animal-based food, as well as children's thoughts on what can be eaten. The study was conducted by listening to 4-7 year old children in the USA.
