According to Cabinet of Ministers regulations, to assess the extent of damage caused by a bear, I must summon specialists from five state institutions to my apiary and ensure that the damaged site remains undisturbed until representatives from all these institutions have arrived and completed their work. Furthermore, colleagues say that there was insufficient funding in the state budget for this purpose last year, and beekeepers are still waiting for compensation this year for the damage caused last year...
