Neste and Hesburger, the largest fast-food restaurant chain in the Baltics and Finland, are launching a significant circular economy partnership. Used cooking oil from more than 300 Hesburger restaurants in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland will be processed to produce Neste My Renewable Diesel. Hesburger will then use this fuel for the majority of its vehicles in Finland, reducing greenhouse gas emissions for these vehicles by up to 90% compared to using fossil diesel.
