Wood processing company SIA “Vēvers” has invested 4 million euros in the construction of a new production building, the installation of a new boiler house, the purchase of a new boiler, and the acquisition of new and modern production equipment, of which 2.3 million was provided with the support of Swedbank.
Investments in the purchase of new equipment are partially being implemented within the framework of the ALTUM programme “Increasing energy efficiency in business”.
As the company’s Chairman of the Board Nauris Vēvers emphasises: “The development of our company is constantly focused on the modernisation of production with the aim of manufacturing a high-quality and sought-after product at a competitive price and increasing our efficiency.
