Which EU country wins the economic pentathlon?

The Economist has ranked European Union countries based on five indicators

Europe's economy faces a few challenging years ahead. Germany is likely in recession. The European Commission predicts that economic growth in the EU as a whole will be just 0.8% in 2023, and only slightly higher in 2024. Inflation is falling slowly, which prompted the European Central Bank (ECB) to raise interest rates again at its September meeting. Business confidence continues to decline. The EC has asked former ECB president Mario Draghi to develop a plan to strengthen the European economy. This plan, in turn, could potentially become a book titled: "Whatever it takes (to grow)".
