On the Rail Baltica main line in Latvia, 16 regional mobility points are planned (in Salacgrīva, Tūja, Skulte, Vangaži, Saurieši, Riga near the Slāvu bridge, Torņakalns, Zasulauks, Imanta, as well as Jaunmārupe, Olaine, Ķekava, Salaspils, Baldone, Iecava and Bauska) and one new station in Riga, Āgenskalns near Pauls Stradiņš Hospital on the existing railway line.
Potential locations for several additional regional mobility points are being considered for future implementation. It is intended that these regional mobility points, or multimodal hubs, will integrate various modes of transport - national and local authority buses, private cars and electric vehicles, e-scooters, bicycles and all other micromobility tools, with a range of services also to be developed.
