Between 2021 and 2024, SCA plans to invest approximately 460 million SEK in Tunadal port to develop and expand the port's container terminal and handling areas.
The company's investments in the Östrand pulp mill and the Ortviken industrial park are expected to double the volumes of pulp produced, which will need to be transported from Sundsvall (a region in Sweden). This also means that larger volumes of finished products will be transported to more distant markets.
