"By studying recent transactions, we concluded that the highest prices per hectare for forest properties are currently in Sweden. When comparing countries, our market price per hectare for forest property was one of the lowest in the Baltic Sea region. The actual market situation shows that in the Baltics, the highest prices for similar forest properties are in Estonia," states Sandijs Lūkins, Head of the Forest Sales Department at SIA Latio, presenting the collected data.
