Viburnum grower Māris Šermuks from Auce takes us to his viburnum field. Not far from his house, viburnum bushes of 12 different varieties grow across seven hectares. There are so many clusters of red berries that the branches of some bushes are bowing under the weight. Māris grows the viburnum organically – without any chemicals.
