The motto for the main event of the Forest Days series, organised by the Faculty of Forestry at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) and titled 'The forest comes to Jelgava!', is 'From forest to home', with a particular focus on the use of wood in construction. In total, around 50 forestry and related sector companies and organisations will take part in Forest Day.
