The European Union's goal is to reduce emissions by at least 50% by 2030. To reach this goal, we have less than ten years. In the world of lending, this is a very short period of time.

Working with clients on a daily basis, I can say that the greatest interest in sustainability and the green transformation comes from exporting companies and businesses in sectors characterised by high emission intensity – energy companies, real estate developers and investors, and the timber and building materials industries.
