On the preparation and issuance of mobilisation requests

1. Based on Section 6, Paragraph two of the National Armed Forces Law and Clause 3.1 of Cabinet Regulation No. 873 of 22 November 2005 "Regulations regarding mobilisation requests", it is determined that the National Armed Forces, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the National Health Service, shall ensure the preparation and issuance of mobilisation requests so that, in the event of mobilisation being declared in connection with measures to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 infection, anti-epidemic measures and vaccination against Covid-19 infection are implemented in a timely manner.

2. Within two months of the adoption of this order, the Ministry of Health shall identify and submit to the National Armed Forces information regarding commercial companies to which mobilisation requests are to be issued in connection with the provision of services for the implementation of anti-epidemic measures and vaccination against Covid-19 infection.
