Minister for Agriculture Armands Krauze will present Ministry of Agriculture awards—Certificates of Appreciation and medals "For Diligence"—to industry representatives at a ceremonial event in honour of Latvia's 105th birthday. The event will take place on Thursday, 16 November, at 12:00, in the hall on the 2nd floor of the Ministry of Agriculture building.

Ministry of Agriculture awards are granted for long-term, successful, and purposeful work in agriculture, food supply, forestry, fisheries, and public administration. They are also awarded to individuals who are actively involved in the development of Latvia's rural areas and alternative forms of rural development, fostering employment in the regions.
