Lithuania. The constitutional rights of hunters

A provision of the Law on Hunting in Lithuania, which stipulated that a hunting club must automatically grant membership to a landowner who owns a specific area of land, provided it is located within that club's hunting territory, is incompatible with the Constitution of Lithuania. This is the conclusion reached by the Constitutional Court of Lithuania.
