Leading window manufacturing company SIA Arbo Windows has acquired the largest wooden window manufacturer in Lithuania, UAB Arlanga Wood.

“This deal will allow us to become more efficient and competitive in the market,” says Jānis Lasmanis, Chairman of the Board and co-owner of SIA Arbo Windows. He points out that as a result of this transaction, Arbo Windows becomes the leading wooden window manufacturer in the Baltics.

In 2022, the net turnover of SIA Arbo Windows was slightly over 9 million euros, while UAB Arlanga Wood was approximately 12 million euros. “Arlanga Wood has focused on mass-producing standard products, whereas Arbo Windows successfully blends standard production with more complex, higher added-value products, so the synergy between both companies will be a good foundation for growth,” notes J. Lasmanis.
