The first thing of interest to electricity producers and prospective electricity producers is the G component. This G component, which is completely new to us in the Baltics, is being introduced specifically for electricity producers in Latvia. This component will, in all likelihood, deter any desire for wind energy producers to invest here in the Latvian system. And it must be noted that we have signed a memorandum of cooperation with Estonia regarding the development of an offshore wind farm project in the Baltic Sea, and an investor who ends up in the Latvian zone will be an unhappy one. This is because there will be no such G component for wind producers in the Estonian zone, but there will be in the Latvian zone.
