INVL Sustainable Timberland and Farmland Fund II managed Latvian companies SIA Zemvalde Forest and SIA Zemvalde Agro have successfully closed a transaction for the sale of a forest property portfolio covering over 2,600 hectares.

The plots of land sold are primarily located in the Vidzeme and Latgale regions. The buyer is a company registered in Latvia and owned by Danish investors.

Throughout the investment period, we managed this portfolio in accordance with international sustainable forestry standards.
