The Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LLU) will offer Lielauce Palace for sale at an open auction with a starting price of 280,200 euros in the second half of September, according to information published in the official gazette "Latvijas Vēstnesis".

The auction will offer the LLU properties "Pils" and "Pilītes", located in Lielauce Parish, Dobele Municipality, for sale as a single lot. The conditional starting price for the property is 280,200 euros.

The property includes Lielauce Palace with an area of 2,269 square metres, a shed with an area of 38 square metres, and a garage-workshop with an area of 59.9 square metres.

The auction with ascending bidding will take place on 22 September at Lielā iela 2, Jelgava, in Jelgava Palace.

Persons wishing to participate in the auction must transfer a security deposit of 10% of the property's starting price to the LLU account at the State Treasury. Payment for the auctioned real estate must be settled within two weeks of the auction date.

Lielauce Palace is a building constructed in the late classicism style, located
