When the Tukums Municipality Council reached a decision on 25 March regarding the planned activities of «Pienava Wind», two draft resolutions had been prepared for the council meeting; one proposed supporting the installation of 22 wind turbines in Pienava, while the other, which was allegedly created only the day before, proposed rejecting the project. On 27 March, we already wrote about this decision, which was also published in full in our newspaper on 31 March as a paid council advertisement. However, even then, many questions remained unanswered – both those raised at the council meeting and those posed later to the decision-makers, as well as those circulating online.

Discussions among both entrepreneurs and residents continue to this day. Some of these have resulted in decisions that will influence the municipality's development over the long term. A case in point is the decision by entrepreneur Andris Ramoliņš to "remove from the Tukums register" his company «Stiga RM», which is one of the municipality's largest taxpayers, and re-register it in the Kuldīga municipality. His reasoning: a protest against the populist actions of the current Tukums Municipality Council majority, which hides behind slogans while in reality denying support to entrepreneurs and the development of the municipality.
