If we recall the "path" taken by former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder through the structures of the Russian economy, one has to stop and count – how many former high-ranking foreign politicians go on to have a "well-earned retirement in Russian business"? Upon checking the lists of people associated with 45 Russian public joint-stock companies, we found 14 foreign politicians. Among them are the Austrian colleague of former Chancellor G. Schröder – Federal Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel, former French Prime Minister François Fillon, and even an Indian parliamentarian.
