To put it simply, all 'non-ecological' exports from third countries are set to be subject to significant taxes, which can only be avoided by purchasing Western ecologically 'correct' technologies and equipment. Meanwhile, geopolitical players such as China and Russia, as well as a range of developing countries led by India, have no desire to allow the banquet of globalisation to continue at their expense.
