Restored building of the Riga wooden architecture collection

Before the building was restored, few people could recognise it as a wooden structure. It was hidden by the facade plasterwork created in the 1930s and other material layers from various periods. After restoration, the building was fitted with wooden facade cladding featuring decorative elements typical of classical wooden architecture, returning the building to the original visual image intended by its designer.
